Target REDcardSM Take Charge of Education

If you use a Target® Visa® Credit Card or Target Credit CardSM to make purchases at Target or target.com, be sure to designate the YWCA Children's Center as your school of choice in their Take Charge of Education program!

Through this program, when you make purchases with your REDcard, Target will donate 1% of the purchase amount to the YWCA! These donations add up to hundreds of dollars a month that the Childrens Centers use for various classroom supplies.

To designate the YWCA Childrens Center follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to http://sites.target.com/site/en/corporate/page.jsp?contentId=PRD03-001825.
  2. Click on "Find/Designate a School."
  3. Enter "YWCA Childrens Center" as the School Name and select Minnesota as the state,
    OR enter the School ID of "117210" and click Search.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down and click the "Designate this School" button.

That's all you have to do to support YWCA Childrens Centers while you shop at Target!

Pure Blue Swim Shop

Supoprt the YWCA Swim for Change program when you shop at Pure Blue Swim Shop, either online or at their store. Pure Blue will donate 5% of each sale back to the YWCA!

  • Shop Online: Shop online at http://www.pureblueswim.com/?Click=1113. Be sure to use this link so your purchases will count towards the YWCA.
  • Shop at the Pure Blue Swim Shop: The retail store is located in Westpark Plaza, 13810 24th Ave N., Suite 430, in Plymouth MN. When you make your purchase, be sure to let them know your fundraiser team is the YWCA Otters Swim Team.

  2. Scroll down to "Who Do You GoodSearch For?" and enter "YWCA - Minneapolis"
