Personal Training
Whether you are looking to lose weight, find motivation, or are training for a specific event or sport, personal training allows you to focus on your goals while receiving immediate and educational feedback. YWCA personal trainers are specialists in developing programs for flexibility, aerobic training, cross training, interval training, strength training and water training.
A single, traditional session of personal training lasts 60-minutes. Many people start out with three to six sessions. Busy schedule? You have the option of 30-minute sessions with the trainer of your choice. Small group training, groups of two to four people training together for the same price as a private session, is also an option. Our trainers will focus on your individual goals and do what it takes to help you to succeed.
