Mary Jacobson has been teaching and experiencing the power of Pilates for seven years. After gaining 13/4” in height and enjoying relief from chronic back pain, she decided to become a certified instructor. She is certified in mat work, reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrels through Stott Pilates. Her experience in both the fitness profession and the area of adult neurogenic rehab allows her to truly merge increased stability and mobility with improved performance in activities of daily living as well as overall fitness and athletic goals. “Pilates has made me feel and move so much better that I want to share that gift with others. Kris Lyons started studying Pilates 7 years ago with Lonna Mossow and the Physical Mind Institute, and then continued her education with Stott Pilates. Adding to her repertoire the equipment, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, and barrels too. Kris’s specialized sessions help guide a person to a better body and state of mind. By helping a person increase their body awareness, Kris’s Pilates sessions extend beyond the hour you spend with her. Goal: to make you feel better every day!!!
