Beginning Pilates classes are free and open to all members. These classes introduce you to the basic mat Pilates method. Learn Pilates fundamentals with focus on breath control, core conditioning and alignment. See our fitness class schedules for class locations and times.
Intermediate and Advanced Specialty Classes
This 6 week class session offers a progressive class format for intermediate and advanced participants. Due to the advanced nature of the classes, and the more personalized attention to each student, an additional fee and pre-registration is required. Pilates Reformer Duets
The Pilates "reformer" is a piece of equipment that is designed to help alignment and muscle balance and move easily from one exercise to another in flowing movement. A reformer class is a pre-choreographed reformer class that is led by a Pilates trainer. The YWCA offers reformer training as part of a Reformer Duet package, where 2 participants experience the reformer workout together with a Pilates trainer. Sign up with a friend, or as an individual and we will pair you with another member. Note: in order to attend a Reformer Duet session, you must first attended the free 30-minute consultation with a trainer. Once this requirement is met, you may purchase Reformer Duet sessions and schedule with any Pilates trainer.

Private and Semi-Private Training in all Pilates Specialties
Get a specialized training program designed to meet your individual goals, or the shared goals of you and one other participant. These training sessions utilize mat work, the reformer, and other Pilates equipment. Purchase your private or semi-private lessons at the front desk, then schedule the sessions with the trainer of your choice.

Pilates Studio & Class Policies
Attire: Please wear comfortable attire that will allow for appropriate range of motion and comfort in a class. Shorts are acceptable, but long shorts are recommended. Shoes are removed for class and socks are optional.
Inclement Weather: Weather related cancellations or delays are at the discretion of the club manager. It is best that you phone your club and/or your trainer to confirm class schedules.
Reformer/Equipment Usage: is limited to class participation and/or pilates training sessions under the direction of a certified trainer.
