Youth Group Fitness Classes
Youth Group Fitness classes are offered to all youth members. No pre-registration is necessary. These drop-in classes are held weekly, on an ongoing basis. They are designed to get your child active, get them involved with other kids their age, and give them a fun and positive experience. These classes will have less specialized skill instruction than our specialty classes but will still be a structured class. There is a 12-child maximum for most classes and parents must sign in their kids with the instructor on the sign-in sheet at drop-off. You may also sign in at the start of class if there is room. These classes are free for members. Youth Non-members must pay $5 or use a guest pass plus pay the $3.50 Babysitting/FKG/Class fee. Please get a receipt from the front desk and give it to the instructor. Cancellations or room changes will be posted on the board in the lobby as you walk in.
Youth Specialty Fitness Classes
Youth Specialty Fitness Classes are available to youth members and non-members for a fee. Kids learn progressive skills that are built upon over the course of each session. The instructor sets lower ratios to allow for more individualized attention for skill development. These classes have a maximum number of students and use special equipment. Each child will receive a certificate of participation upon completion. These classes follow the same schedule as the 6-week Adult Specialty session and require payment and registration during the designated period.

Youth Clinics
Youth Clinics allow youth members to spend a few hours or a whole day focused on a core activity or skill-builder. Past clinics have included sports-specific trainings (soccer, basketball, etc.), "babysitting and business," and "art and treat." Clinics are fee-based to help cover specific supply needs or instructor costs. Watch for clinic postings as they are scheduled.
