Hayley Mueller is the chief development officer with YWCA Minneapolis. Hayley brings over a decade of experience in fundraising and communications in the nonprofit sector. She formerly served as vice president of development at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis and has expertise working with individual donors, corporate and foundation funders, government funders, volunteers, advocates and boards. She also has extensive experience in capital and comprehensive campaigns.
Prior to her role at Catholic Charities, Hayley served as director of development at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School, leadership and planned giving officer at Catholic Charities, and served on the development team at Cretin-Derham Hall.
Hayley is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – MN Chapter board of directors, serving on the resource development committee.
Hayley holds a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Hamline University, Saint Paul, MN, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Hispanic Studies from the College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph, MN.
