Transforming: Racial Justice Department
Engaging, connecting and leading the community as we strive toward racial equity and inclusion.
Each year, 7,200+ individuals are empowered to take action against racism. Within this overarching value of Racial Justice, we have structured the department into two distinct initiatives: Racial Equity and Public Policy. These two initiatives reflect the work we are doing in the community eliminating racism on interpersonal, institutional, and systemic levels.
As we move forward, the Racial Justice Department is dedicated to promoting racial justice by partnering with individuals, organizations and businesses through racial equity training, consulting, advocacy, outreach, education, and “transforming performance through the power of inclusion.”
