We offer a range of strength training classes and equipment at each of our three fitness centers. Personal trainers are also available to get you started on a program, or to offer insight on proper technique. In this video, Dillon, a trainer at the Downtown location, instructs Fitness Coordinator Sam on the proper technique with free weights.
