Beginning Kettlebell

Kettlebell training is the cutting edge of fitness training. A kettlebell is a weighted iron ball with a handle. When lifted and extended away from the body with a natural momentum, a kettlebell provides a great functional workout and extraordinary cardiovascular benefits.
