Boot Camp

Olympic lifting is a great way to improve rate of force development which is essential for athletic performance and can significantly increase caloric expenditure in a given workout. Participants will leave with the knowledge on how to sequentially progress warm ups that lead up to an Olympic lifting workout. Participants will also gain knowledge on proper Olympic lifting technique, tempo, breathing patterns, and general programming knowledge. This class is geared toward individuals with little to no prior experience
