Get back to the basics! The open water swim portion of any triathlon can be very intimidating. Let our coaches lead you through some dry land, strength-based exercises using just your bodyweight!
We will focus on swim mechanics of the upper body, shoulders, back and core. In addition to the workout, we will also review equipment needed, such as types of goggles, clothing and what to consider if you are curious about wetsuits. Finally, we will discuss race tactics, how to enter and exit the water and mental exercises for maintaining a stress-free swim.
