This class is designed to help you improve your stamina and leave you feeling energized for your day. Activities include strength and agility training to improve balance along with cardiovascular challenges designed to increase fitness and advance muscular strength.
Move from station to station in a challenging total-body workout. This class combines cardiovascular training for heart health and stamina with strength and balance training to keep your bones and muscles strong. It moves at a slower pace while maintaining intensity and includes simple, easy and fun transitions.
