Have you wanted to practice inversions in a safe space? You’ll work with a smaller group and more personalized attention from the instructor. You’ll learn how to invert to supported headstand or tripod headstand and have plenty of time to practice! This class is geared toward people who have a strong, regular yoga practice and no injuries.
