Boot Camp Overview

Boot Camp is the original high-intensity work out, a mix of running and weights.

Our trainers will motivate you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing.

Boot Camp classes are part of Small Group Training classes

Single class: $15
6-class pass: $72

Nonmember Rates

Single class: $19
6-class pass: $90

Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training, HIIT, Hot Yoga or BODYFLOW class of your choice and expire 90-days from date of purchase.
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
