These classes are designed to help you navigate everyday activities such as bending over or lifting heavy bags. Learn key exercises with an emphasis on functional movements, helping you develop balance, strength, flexibility and safe form.

Train to Feel Good

This intermediate workout is for anyone who is interested in getting a full body workout that will help them navigate daily life more effectively. Get both a strength and cardio workout done with this class using unconventional training exercises that emphasize functional movement, balance, and core. No machines or barbells in this class! No matter your experience, this class caters to everyone with new, fun and exciting stations each week that include modifiers so any skill level can give it their all.
