Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training, HIIT, Hot Yoga or BODYFLOW class of your choice and expire 90-days from date of purchase.

This class will stretch, strengthen and tone the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. Classes take place in a studio heated over 90 degrees and consist of a pre-determined set of postures performed in systematic order. Students should have some prior Yoga experience.
