If you are looking for muscle tone and accelerated fat loss, then this is the class for you.

Use kettlebells to:

  • Build long, lean muscles
  • Improve strength
  • Increase joint mobility and endurance

Workouts are an intense mix of kettlebell swings, various lifts, squats and circuit training.

Kettlebell classes are part of Small Group Training classes

No registration required - drop in to any class

Kettlebell Class Descriptions

Kettlebell: Intermediate

This intermediate level class tests your knowledge of kettlebell use as well as your fitness level. This class builds on beginner level skills and requires some experience.

Kettlebell: TRX Fusion

Push yourself to the limits with a TRX and kettlebell fusion workout. This total body workout utilizes compound and explosive movements to increase muscle endurance, strength and power. Using TRXs and kettlebells will help you take your training to the next level – no matter where you are starting from.

Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training class of your choice and expire in 90 days.
