Weight Lifting Class Overview

With a focus on safety and proper lifting techniques, you will gain a working knowledge of weight training exercises and feel confident when lifting in a class or on your own.

These strength-based workouts use a variety of free weights and machines to:

  • Build muscle and endurance
  • Add definition
  • Increase bone density
  • Decrease body fat

Weight Lifting classes are part of Small Group Training classes

No registration required - drop in to any class

Pay classes - purchase a program pass to attend (see rates below)

Women’s Weight Lifting – Beginner’s

Feeling intimidated or confused in the weight area? This progressive weight training program is tailored for women only. Learn the basics of the machines and free weight area and how to progress your program. Build muscle and self-confidence at the same time with an awesome team for support!

Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training class of your choice and expire in 90 days.

Single class Drop-In: $15
6-class Program Pass: $84
12-class Program Pass: $168
