A Fitness Orientation is a 30-minute tour that includes a basic overview of YWCA fitness equipment and space. Topics include machine safety, fitness floor etiquette, free weight use and safety, and class schedules. Fitness members can also ask any specific questions regarding the club. This does not include a workout.
