YWCA Minneapolis makes it easy to attract new residents and boost renewals by offering a Residential Wellness Program.
We provide two Residential Wellness Program options which include gym membership incentives, along with additional wellness services such as health screenings or fitness classes at your building complex.

Two Residential Wellness Program Options
Option 1: Membership Reimbursement
Free enrollment during initial 60-day open enrollment period
- $10 enrollment fee after open enrollment period
Monthly gym reimbursement discounts from both insurance provider and YWCA
- $15 reimbursement from YWCA with 12 visits per month
- Up to $20 reimbursement from insurance providers
Onsite wellness educational programming for residents four times a year
- This option requires a minimum of 10 participating residents
Option 2: Reduced Enrollment Fee
Free enrollment during initial 60-day open enrollment period
- $50 enrollment fee after open enrollment period
Easy to implement
