Summer Strong Challenge

Feel your best this summer!

Focus on strength and cardiovascular fitness with personal training, small group training or both during our 6-week weight loss challenge.

Participants weigh in at the challenge start and weigh out at the end to track weight loss and win prizes.

The top five participants losing the largest percentage of weight receive MYREWARDS refunds up to 100%!

Register onsite at the Member Services Desk at any YWCA location.

(all participants must weigh-in and weigh-out to be eligible to win a prize)

YWCA Downtown

  • Monday, May 20: 7:30 am – 9:30 am
  • Tuesday, May 21: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday, May 22: 7:30 am – 9:00 am
  • Thursday, May 23: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Friday, May 24: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

YWCA Midtown

  • Monday – Friday, May 20 – 24: 7:00 am to 10:00 am; 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
  • Saturday, May 25: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm
  • By appointment with Andrew Hossalla if necessary

YWCA Uptown

  • Monday, May 20: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday, May 21: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday, May 22: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Thursday, May 23: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Friday, May 24: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

If you signed up for Small Group Training, weigh in at the Member Services Desk during the times listed above.

If you signed up for Personal Training, weigh in with your trainer at your first training session this week.

Weigh ins must take place May 20 – 26 to be eligible for prizes.

Discounted Training Packages Include:

Option 1: Small Group Training (6 weeks)

1 class per week: $90 $65
2 classes per week: $180 $130

Option 2: Personal Training (6 weeks)

1 30-minute session per week: $180 $149
2 30-minute sessions per week: $360 $299

Option 3: Mix and Match

Combine Personal Training and Small Group Training packages at discounted rates. Price varies depending upon options chosen.
