Functional Fitness Class Overview
Condition your body for daily movement and improve your range of motion by getting into the practice of exercise. These classes are designed to help you navigate everyday activities such as bending over or lifting heavy bags. Learn key exercises with an emphasis on functional movements, helping you develop balance, strength, flexibility and safe form.

Functional Fitness Class Description
This beginner friendly workout is designed to lead you through a set of movements that can be done every day from home, to warm up and start conditioning yourself for exercise. The class walks through the basics of structuring a workout and brings you through a fitness experience that can be done repeatedly to improve overall wellness and daily life. Tim introduces key body movements with an emphasis on developing balance, coordination, flexibility, and safe form. If you ever get to the gym and are not sure what to, this class is for you.
Train to Feel Good
This intermediate workout is for anyone who is interested in getting a full body workout that will help them navigate daily life more effectively. Get both a strength and cardio workout done with this class using unconventional training exercises that emphasize functional movement, balance, and core. No machines or barbells in this class! No matter your experience, this class caters to everyone with new, fun and exciting stations each week that include modifiers so any skill level can give it their all.
Small Group Training Program Pass Rates
Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training class of your choice and expire in 90 days.
- Single class Drop-In: $15
- 6-class Program Pass: $84
- 12-class Program Pass: $168
