Weight Lifting Class Overview
With a focus on safety and proper lifting techniques, you will gain a working knowledge of weight training exercises and feel confident when lifting in a class or on your own.
These strength-based workouts use a variety of free weights and machines to:
- Build muscle and endurance
- Add definition
- Increase bone density
- Decrease body fat
Weight Lifting classes are part of Small Group Training classes
- No registration required - drop in to any class
- Fee-based classes - purchase a program pass to attend (see rates below)
- Open to members and nonmembers

Olympic Lifting Progressions
Olympic lifting is a great way to improve rate of force development which is essential for athletic performance. Participants will also gain knowledge on proper Olympic lifting technique, tempo, breathing patterns, and general programming knowledge. This class is geared toward individuals with little to no prior lifting experience.
(Beginner's) Women’s Weight Lifting
Feeling intimidated or confused in the weight area? This progressive weight training program is tailored for women only. Learn the basics of the machines and free weight area and how to progress your program. Build muscle and self-confidence at the same time with an awesome team for support!
Small Group Training Program Pass Rates
Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training class of your choice and expire in 90 days.
- Single class Drop-In: $15
- 6-class Program Pass: $84
- 12-class Program Pass: $168
