Endurance Sports Coaching
Have a time, race, trekking or world adventure goal? Our Endurance Sports Coaches can help. With a Coaching Package, the training will be customized to for your level of fitness designed to meet your goals, your schedule, and your life.
Basic and Premium Endurance Sports Coaching Package
This package offers the highest level of support and customization. You will be supported through weekly communication, workout tracking, training plan updates, and additional Endurance Sports classes. Your coach can also use KORR metabolic testing.
Individualized Training Plan
This is a great, cost-effective option if you have a race or goal in mind and want a consultation with a knowledgeable coach and a customized plan to get you there.
