Led by specialty instructors, classes incorporate low-impact moves, easy-to-follow pacing and modifications to create an invigorating total body workout.

  • Fee-based classes - purchase a program pass to attend
  • Single, 6-class and 12-class program passes are available for purchase
  • Open to members and nonmembers of all fitness levels, ideal for ages 55+

Prime Time Fitness Classes

Prime Time B.A.S.E. (Balance, Agility, Stamina, Energy)

This class is designed to help you improve your stamina and leave you feeling energized for your day. Activities include strength and agility training to improve balance along with cardiovascular challenges designed to increase fitness and advance muscular strength.

Prime Time Circuit

Move from station to station in a challenging total-body workout. This class combines cardiovascular training for heart health and stamina with strength and balance training to keep your bones and muscles strong. It moves at a slower pace while maintaining intensity and includes simple, easy and fun transitions.

Prime Time Strength & Form

Build strength and enhance functional capacity by using dumbbells, bands and body weight. With a focus on correct alignment and proper form for everyday movements, this class will help make daily tasks easier to accomplish.

Prime Time Fitness Program Pass Rates

Prime Time Fitness program passes allow you to attend any Prime Time class of your choice and expire in 90 days.

  • Single class drop-in: $12
  • 6-class pass: $54
  • 12-class pass: $108
