Aqua Endurance Sports Training
This endurance class is designed for runners, bikers and anyone else looking for a low impact workout. It is great for cross training, returning to motion after a lower extremity injury, or weight loss. Floatation belts will be worn to assist the aquatic running form.
This is a choreographed class with a unique combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. This blend of complimentary formats builds flexibility, helps strengthen the overall body and will help improve balance. You will leave this class feeling both centered and calm. Yoga experience recommended. Class length: 60 Minutes. Type: Mind/Body.
Our Boot Camp is an intense workout class unlike any other. Each workout runs through a series of cardio, stability, strength and core-training exercises. This class is offered in a small group setting to enable personalized attention. Attention: This class is recommended for those with substantial fitness experience and not for the faint of heart. Boot Camp: Boxing
This class will combine traditional boot camp exercises with dynamic boxing movements to improve speed, agility, strength, and technique. Class Length: 55 minutes. Type: Core.
Experience great workouts on your own bike without stoplights, construction, or traffic. This indoor training option is great all year long. Bring and attach your own bike to equipment that will automatically adjust power demands to take you to a new level of cycling fitness.
Step away from the machines and put down the dumbbells! Get both a strength and cardio workout done with this class using unconventional training exercises. No matter your experience, this class caters to everyone with new, fun and exciting stations each week that include modifiers so any skill level can give it their all.
This interval-based workout combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your strength, and build cardiovascular fitness. Quick and convenient, HIIT TRX uses the TRX suspension training system to get your heart rate up and maximize your calorie burn.
Hot Yoga classes will take place at a temperature between 85-95 degrees Fo and are 60 minutes in length. This class will stretch, strengthen and tone the muscle while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. Classes will begin with a savasana, include a standing series, floor series and end with a final savasana. Each class will also consist of a predetermined set of postures for each series. This will foster consistency between classes and allow the member to know what to expect. Students should have some prior Yoga experience. Class length: 60 Minutes. Type: Mind/Body.
Hot Yoga Chisel
Take your yoga training to the next level! With the addition of free weights, this heated (90o F) yoga class will strengthen, tone and stretch all major muscle groups. Set to motivating music, the high intensity will challenge your endurance, while burning calories and boosting your metabolism. One to two Hot Yoga classes and some strength training recommended prior to Hot Yoga Chisel.

Intro to Fitness
This class is designed to set you up for success. It will teach you the fitness basics and prepare you to work out on your own. Class length: 55 Minutes. Type: Core.
This full body circuit workout utilizes the ease of working with kettlebells to increase strength and stamina. Classes will include both strength training and cardio along with a warm up and cool down. All skill levels are encouraged to join!
Kettlebells and Core
This class uses kettlebells to build stability and strength needed in all sports and daily lifestyle for us desk jockeys! Class length: 55 Minutes. Type: Core.
Kettlebell/TRX Fusion takes the best of two types of equipment and joins them into one great class! Keep your body guessing as you spend time with each discipline in new and inventive ways. Prior experience with kettlebells and TRX straps is recommended, but not required.
Olympic Lifting Progressions
Olympic lifting is a great way to improve rate of force development which is essential for athletic performance and can significantly increase caloric expenditure in a given workout. Participants will leave with the knowledge on how to sequentially progress warm ups that lead up to an Olympic lifting workout. Participants will also gain knowledge on proper Olympic lifting technique, tempo, breathing patterns, and general programming knowledge. This class is geared toward individuals with little to no prior experience.
Olympic Weight Lifting incorporates traditional weight lifting techniques to increase muscular strength, power, and coordination. This class utilizes compound movements and lifts to fully engage the entire body and improve functional fitness. Class length: 55 minutes. Type: Strength Training.
This class is a cross training program designed to improve your technique, strength, and calisthenics through compound movements in support of the ultimate goal: maximizing pull-ups. Class length: 55 minutes. Type: Strength Training.
Silver Strength & Fitness
Silver Strength & Fitness is a comprehensive fitness program designed to combine weight training, flexibility, and resistance training. It’s goal-orientated and will help focus on developing improvements in the activities of daily living (ADL’s). Class length: 55 Minutes. Type: Core.
T2, or the triathlon's second transition, Bike to Run, is a true two-hour test of endurance on the bike and run. Experience that pleasure mixed with the pain of riding in the Spin Studio, followed by running or walking on the track or outside (weather permitting). Not for the faint of heart but not limited to triathletes either! Type: Endurance Sports.
TRX Body Blast
Conducted in a traditional group-fitness format, movements of the group share a coordinated tempo and are driven by the beat of the music. Ideal for those new to TRX and for those who enjoy the fun and high energy of a group-fitness format. Class length: 55 Minutes. Type: Core.
Weight Training for Women
Feel intimidated or confused in the weight area? This progressive weight training program is tailored for women only. Learn the basics of the machines and the free weight area and how to progress your program. Build muscle and self-confidence at the same time in a small group setting. Class length: 55 minutes. Type: Strength Training.
