Small Group Training

Small Group Training classes are led by certified personal trainers and specialty instructors. Receive personalized instruction in classes such as hot yoga, boot camp and kettlebells.

  • Fee-based and run in 6-week sessions
  • Register for one class, or purchase a program pass to try multiple small group workouts
  • Single, 6-class, and 12-class program passes are available to use over 90 days
  • Open to members and nonmembers of all fitness levels
