Kettlebell Class Descriptions
Start from the ground up in this beginner level class as you learn how to use one of the best pieces of equipment for functional training – the kettlebell. Here you will learn the fundamental skills necessary to safely and effectively use kettlebells.
This full body circuit utilizes the ease of working with kettlebells to increase strength and stamina. Classes will include both strength training and cardio along with a warm up and cool down. Great for all fitness levels.
This intermediate level class tests your knowledge of kettlebell use as well as your fitness level. This class builds on beginner level skills and requires some experience.
Kettlebell: TRX Fusion
Push yourself to the limits with a TRX and Kettlebell fusion workout. This total body workout utilizes compound and explosive movements to increase muscle endurance, strength, and power. Using kettlebells and TRXs this workout will help you take your training to the next level- no matter where you are starting from.
Small Group Training Program Pass Rates
Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training class of your choice and expire in 90 days.
