Senior Fitness Class Overview

Senior fitness classes are full-body workouts combining aerobic, flexibility and resistance training.

Class goals are to increase:

  • Balance
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Muscular strength
  • Cardiovascular endurance

Designed for active older adults and seniors, these dynamic classes will challenge you mentally and physically in a safe and fun environment.

Senior Fitness Class Description

Corrective Exercise

New to working out post injury? Want to work on your balance? This class is a great way to reintroduce yourself to fitness at a beginner level. The workouts will help with fall prevention, improving overall stability, balance and strength with the use of resistance bands, weights and dumbbells.

Silver Strength and Fitness

A comprehensive program designed to combine weight lifting, flexibility and resistance training. It is goal oriented and will help you focus on developing improvements in the activities of daily living.

Small Group Training Program Pass Rates

Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training class of your choice and expire in 90 days.

  • Single class Drop-In: $15
  • 6-class Program Pass: $84
  • 12-class Program Pass: $168
