Our Boot Camp is an intense workout class unlike any other. Each workout will run you through a series of cardio, stability, strength and core-training exercises. Boot Camp results will blow you away! This class is offered in a small-group setting to enable personalized attention. ATTENTION: This class is recommended for those with substantial fitness experience and not for the faint of heart.

By using functional fitness you can get the same intense strength and power plus calorie burn with this workout designed to train your body, not your muscles. This is an intense workout utilizing simple but effective equipment and techniques to take your fitness level up to "warrior level."

Hot Hatha Yoga

Hot Hatha Yoga classes will take place at a temperature between 85-95 degrees F. This class will stretch, strengthen and tone the muscle while detoxifying the body and calming the mind.  Classes will begin with a savasana, include a standing series, floor series and end with a final savasana. Each class will also consist of a pre-determined set of postures for each series. This will foster consistency between classes and allow the member to know what to expect.

*Students should have some prior Yoga experience*

Hot Vinyasa Yoga

Hot Vinyasa Yoga classes will take place at a temperature between 85-95 degrees F. This class will stretch, strengthen and tone the muscle while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. Each class will also consist of a pre-determined set of postures for each series. This will foster consistency between classes and allow the member to know what to expect. This class will add intensity to the Hatha series by connecting postures through a more fluid movement.  

*Experience in Hot Hatha Yoga is recommended.*

Total Body Boxing

Do you want to increase cardio efficiency, tone and strengthen your muscles, and burn max calories? D’uh! In this class you will practice kicking, punching, and a whole lot of movement paired with upper body, lower body,  and core strengthening exercises to sculpt the perfect boxer’s physique. After a quick warm-up you will pair up with one of your classmates for multiple 3 minute rounds of boxing combinations followed by group strength exercises and a relaxing cool down. This class is perfect for anyone looking to push themselves both mentally and physically. No previous boxing experience necessary.
