Maintain Your Weight Over the Holidays - and get rewarded!


6-Week Challenge Begins Monday, November 20

Participate in this 6-week fitness challenge designed to help you maintain your weight during the busy holiday season, and reward you in the process!

 

What's included in the challenge?

  • 6 small group training classes to hold you accountable
  • A 30-minute massage to reward your hard work
  • Healthy holiday tips during your training sessions
  • A $25 MY REWARDS card if you maintain your weight within 3 pounds

 

The challenge runs November 20 to December 31.

Cost:

  • Sign up November 1 - 17: $65

  • Sign up November 18 - 20: $70

  • Weigh-ins will occur November 13 - 20

Weigh-In Times

Weigh-in Monday, November 13 through Friday, November 17 at any location. Remember, you will win a $25 MY REWARDS card if you maintain your weight within 3 pounds during the challenge!

DOWNTOWN Weigh-In Times:

  • Tuesday: 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Thursday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • Friday: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: See front desk for availability

MIDTOWN Weigh-In Times:

  • Tuesday: 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
  • Thursday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: See trainer desk for availability

UPTOWN Weigh-In Times:

  • Wednesday: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Thursday: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: See front desk for availability
