Join our 6-week weight loss challenge and use discounts on Small Group Training or Personal Training to keep you motivated each week.

Participants weigh in at the challenge start and weigh out at the end to track weight loss.

The top five participants losing the largest percentage of weight receive MYREWARDS refunds up to 100%!

YWCA Downtown

  • Tuesday: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30 am - 9:00 am; 10:30 am - 1:30 pm; 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Thursday: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am - 8:30 am; 9:30 am - 12:00 pm; 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

YWCA Midtown

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 am - 9:00 am; 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Thursday: 7:00 am - 9:00 am; 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Saturday: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

YWCA Uptown

  • Monday: 10:30 am - 2:00 pm; 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:00 am - 7:30 am; 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm; 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00 am - 9:30 am; 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm; 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

If you signed up for Small Group Training, please weigh in at the Member Services Desk during the times listed above.

If you signed up for Personal Training, weigh in with your trainer at your first training session this week.

Weigh ins must take place May 21 - 26 to be eligible for prizes.

Discounted Training Packages Include:


Option 1: Small Group Training (6 weeks)

1 class per week: $84 $65
2 classes per week: $168 $130


Option 2: Personal Training (6 weeks)

1 30-minute session per week: $149
2 30-minute sessions per week: $299


Option 3: Mix and Match

Combine Personal Training and Small Group Training packages at discounted rates. Price varies depending upon options chosen.

Challenge Runs: May 21 - July 1

 

Weigh Ins: May 21 - May 26

Weigh Outs: June 25 - July 1

(all participants must weigh-out by this date to be eligible to win a prize)
