The Best Way to Start Losing Weight in 2018!

6-Week Challenge Begins Monday, January 8

Teams and individuals can set goals, be motivated by your very own YWCA personal trainer and compete for cash prizes!

What's included in the challenge?

Weight Loss Competition
  • Individuals or teams of two to four people compete to lose weight
  • Winners are selected by the biggest percentage of overall weight loss
YWCA Personal Trainers
  • You or your team will meet with a YWCA personal trainer weekly to set weightloss goals in a safe, achieveable way
  • Receive 6 total personal training sessions with the trainer of your choosing
  • Team registrants will workout together with their personal trainer; individuals will have private sessions
Big Cash Prizes

Both individuals and teams will be awarded prizes for the largest percentage of weight lost!

  • 1st place $500 cash

  • 2nd place $200 cash

  • 3rd place $100 cash


Team: $119 per person
Individual: $199 per person


Register onsite at the Membership Desk at any YWCA Minneapolis location.

  • Registration for the challenge is December 18 - January 7
  • Weigh-ins will occur January 2 - 6
