The Best Way to Start Losing Weight in 2017!
6-Week Challenge Begins Monday, January 23
Teams and individuals can set goals, be motivated by your very own YWCA personal trainer and compete for cash prizes!
What's included in the challenge?
Weight Loss Competition
- Individuals or teams of two to four people compete to lose weight
- Winners are selected by the biggest percentage of overall weight loss
YWCA Personal Trainers
- You or your team will meet with a YWCA personal trainer weekly to set weightloss goals in a safe, achieveable way
- Receive 6 total personal training sessions with the trainer of your choosing
- Team registrants will workout together with their personal trainer; individuals will have private sessions
Both individuals and teams will be awarded prizes!
- Weekly prizes of $25 will be awarded to the individuals who record the largest percentage of weight lost each week
- Final prizes will be awarded to the individuals and teams who record the largest percentage of weight lost
1st place $200
2nd place $150
3rd place $100
Team: $119 per person
Individual: $199 per person
Register onsite at the Membership Desk at any YWCA Minneapolis location.
- Registration for the challenge is January 9 - 22
- Weigh-ins will occur January 18 - 25
