The Best Way to Start Losing Weight in 2019!
6-Week Challenge Begins Monday, January 14, 2019
Teams and individuals can set goals, be motivated by your very own YWCA personal trainer and compete for cash prizes!
What's included in the challenge?
Weight Loss Competition
- Individuals or teams of two to four people compete to lose weight
- Winners are selected by the biggest percentage of overall weight loss
YWCA Personal Trainers
- You or your team will meet with a YWCA personal trainer weekly to set weightloss goals in a safe, achieveable way.
- Receive six total personal training sessions with the trainer of your choosing.
- Team registrants will have 55-minute semi-private training sessions with their personal trainer; individuals will have 55-minute private sessions.
Big Cash Prizes
Both individuals and teams will be awarded prizes for the largest percentage of weight lost!
1st place $500 cash
2nd place $200 cash
3rd place $100 cash
Team: $119 per person
Individual: $199 per person
Register onsite at the Membership Desk at YWCA Downtown, YWCA Midtown or YWCA Uptown.
- Registration for the challenge is December 17 - January 13
- Six-week competition runs January 14 - February 23
