This interval-based workout combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your strength, and build cardiovascular fitness. Quick and convenient, HIIT workouts use a variety of equipment to get your heart rate up and maximize your calorie burn. This is a fee-based class and requires a program pass to attend. Learn more.

Deepen your mind-body connection and take your practice to new heights on the Downtown Rooftop. Build strength as you connect postures with mindful breathing. Whether you have an extensive yoga practice or you’re a beginner, you’re invited to explore your own journey of self-awareness. Please bring a mat and towel. We do not have yoga mats or props available for member use at this time. In case of inclement weather, class will move to Studio A.

This functional fitness workout utilizes weights, kettlebells, sand bags, battle ropes and more to build strength and power while torching calories and improving metabolic conditioning. Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight. This class masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components, challenging participants fitness and endurance levels! Intensity level 3 Please bring your own mat. We do not have mats available for member use at this time.
