Instructors tailor each class to the participants and add music and a bit of personality to make your ride enjoyable. Each class is geared to meet the needs of all fitness levels and instructors offer modifications throughout. 55 minutes

This barbell class is designed for all fitness levels. It uses free weights, motivational music, and trained instructors to help you add strength and define muscles. Intensity level 2

Stations utilizing strength, balance, agility and power are set up in the classroom and combined with cardio intervals for an efficient and intense workout. Multiple levels. Intensity level 3

SilverSneakers Classic Jennifer B.

SilverSneakers® Classic uses hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, balls for resistance and a chair for support as well as non-impact aerobic choreography; exercises are designed to increase range of movement and activities of daily living (ADLs). Intensity level 1

This cardio dance class is inspired by the dances of Latin America with a wide variety of music and choreography.  Beginners welcome!

High Intensity Water Running Laurie G.

Want to seriously challenge your cardio system and burn more calories without adding more mileage? Over 50% of endurance athletes will get injured in a year. Whether you’re recovering from one, or trying to prevent one, with Water Running you can challenge your fitness without the strain of gravity (or putting on the miles). This is a seriously intense pool workout for land based athletes. Intensity level 3

This class is designed to help you improve your stamina and leave you feeling energized for your day. Activities include strength and agility training to improve balance along with cardiovascular challenges designed to increase fitness and advance muscular strength. Experience this total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight. This class masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components, challenging participants fitness and endurance levels! Intensity level 3

Move from station to station in a challenging total-body workout. This class combines cardiovascular training for heart health and stamina with strength and balance training to keep your bones and muscles strong. It moves at a slower pace while maintaining intensity and includes simple, easy and fun transitions. This is a fee-based class and requires a program pass to attend.

Vinyasa Yoga Bess N.

Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement, and consists of strong, flowing breath-based movement. Students should be injury-free and have a regular yoga practice. Intensity level 2

This upbeat, energetic class focuses on the development of cardiovascular strengthening by utilizing a variety of high- and low-impact movements. Intensity level 2

This full body workout uses kettlebells to build long lean muscles, improve strength and power, and increase joint mobility and endurance. Classes are a mixture of skills building and high intensity circuit training. Challenge your muscular and cardiovascular systems with this dynamic class. Jump into the water and experience a dynamic toning workout for the entire body! This class focuses on functional strength training through movement in shallow water. Participants do not need to know how to swim; however, they should be comfortable in the water. Intensity level 2

Class focus is on basic principles and simple movements. This is the entry point for people with little or no Pilates experience. Intensity level 1
