Pool Closures: YWCA Downtown pool will be closed Sept. 21 – 28 for annual maintenance. YWCA Uptown pool will close for an Otters swim meet at 12:45 pm on Saturday, September 25, and remain closed the rest of the day.

Intervals, hills, power challenges and more! Cycle instructors pull out a mix of techniques to coach you through each exciting ride. Instructors tailor each class to the participants and add music and a bit of personality to make your ride enjoyable. Each class is geared to meet the needs of all fitness levels and instructors offer modifications throughout. 45 minutes No fans are available at this time.

Make a splash with a mix of safe, effective training methods and tools that use the water's resistance to build strength and improve cardio. Instructors guide each workout with a healthy dose of fun and options so you can find a challenge that's right for you. Expect opportunities for deep and shallow work.  Locker rooms and changing rooms are available. A full shower is required before entering the pool. Please bring your own towel and note that hair dryers are not allowed.
