This barbell class is designed for all fitness levels. It uses free weights, motivational music, and trained instructors to help you add strength and define muscles. Initially equiment will be limited to dumbbells and steps but you'll still feel pumped when you're done! Please bring your own mat. We do not have mats available for member use at this time.

Give your heart and lungs a boost with this steady state cardio class! Enjoy a good mix of old school aerobics and simple movement patterns designed for all levels. PLUS we'll add strength, core or balance for a full workout. 45 minutes Please bring your own mat. We do not have mats available for member use at this time.

This total-body workout combines aerobic, flexibility and resistance training to increase flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Designed for active older adults and seniors this dynamic class will challenge you mentally and physical in a safe and fun environment.
