Triple Threat Cycle

In this class you will combine endurance, strength and power drills to become a triple threat cyclist! Each component is slightly different and utilizing your power is the key.  You’ll maximize your results by tapping into the different energy systems the body uses during exercise to include both slow and fast twitch muscle fibers. This is a more intense ride, however all are welcome.

High Intensity Interval Training is a format proven to not only torch calories but also enhance your aerobic capacity without long workouts. Perfect for the busy exerciser, but not for the faint of heart, HIIT requires you to push your limits! Bodyweight exercises and small equipment done in intervals.

Come along on a ride that will offer a variety of themes and put the meaning of fun back into your life! You may tackle a new terrain, take part in a rock n’ roll ride, focus on drills, enjoy a specific era of music, or ride in the Tour de France. The sky’s the limit for this class! All cycling abilities welcome.

NIA is a sensory-based movement practice empowering people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. NIA draws from disciplines of the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Every class offers a unique combination of 52 moves that correspond with the main areas of the body: the base, the core and the upper extremities. Beginners and highly fit athletes alike can adapt NIA to meet their needs by choosing from three intensity levels.

Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement, and consists of strong, flowing breath-based movement. Students should be injury-free and have a regular yoga practice.

Our Boot Camp is an intense workout class unlike any other. Each workout will run you through a series of cardio, stability, strength and core-training exercises. Boot Camp results will blow you away! This class is offered in a small-group setting to enable personalized attention. ATTENTION: This class is recommended for those with substantial fitness experience and not for the faint of heart.
