What is your favorite workout and why?

My favorite workout is one that includes complex exercises (deadlifts, squats, and bench press), but has cardio built in between weighted exercise to keep my heart rate up.

What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?

I am not the best at running long distances, but I trained and completed a half-marathon in less than 2 hours!

What is your biggest athletic goal?

To get more than 20 strict pull ups in a row.

What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?

To finish my degree and become a dietician.

What do you do on your rest days?

On rest days I like to still be active and get outside. Keeping the body moving after days you workout is important in recovery. Playing golf or going on a bike ride are a few things I do on my days outside the gym.
