What is your favorite workout and why?

I prefer the challenge of a bosu workout. It’s an amazing tool to get a total body workout (legs, core, arms, balancing) and increase efficiency.

What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?

In college swimming, my teammates and I broke 2 school records for relays, and individually I broke the 200 backstroke record.

What is your biggest athletic goal?

To still be moving and grooving until I’m 109 so I can say I’ve walked in 3 different centuries.

What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?

Eat as many global foods as possible.

What do you do on your rest days?

I hang out with my grandma and bake desserts.
