Body Pump because I love strength training and enjoy the music, fast pace and fun group environment.

Completing Marine Corps boot camp training at the top of my platoon for physical fitness testing (PFT).

Perform a triathlon.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
Travel to every national park in the United States.
What do you do on your rest days?
Fly a sport kite, read, and watch Scandal.
