What is your favorite workout and why?

I love picking up heavy objects to test my strength. For conditioning I enjoy interval training with a variety of full-body exercises to get a good sweat but not do the same things all the time. Bonus if workouts include kettlebells or traveling exercises!

What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?

Making the #9 internationally-ranked Windy City Rollers All Star roller derby team as a relative unknown amongst superstars.

What is your biggest athletic goal?

To get back my sweet pipes after a long stretch of aesthetics taking a back seat to athletic performance.

What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?

Fixing all the fire hazards in my 1905 home!

What do you do on your rest days?

Exploring Minneapolis by bike. Hanging out with my rad husband and cool cats. Coaching roller derby. Traveling all the places and eating all the things.
