What’s your favorite workout and why?

My favorite workout is called pyramids because this exercise teaches you about controlling weight and endurance.

What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?

My greatest fitness accomplishment is doing pull ups. I was never good at pull ups but when I figured out the technique, I became really good.

What’s your biggest athletic goal?

My biggest athletic goal is playing for the AFL league.

What do you do on your rest days?

On my rest day, I stretch, sleep and eat.
