What is your favorite workout and why?
My favorite workouts are Olympic type lifts like the Hang Clean, Power Snatch, etc. I love to throw around heavy weights with friends to some Hip Hop in the background. Plyometrics would be a close second.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
My greatest fitness accomplishment by far has to be making it to college-level football! I played for Concordia-St. Paul and Augsburg College.
What is your biggest athletic goal?
My biggest athletic goal is to maintain my overall health and fitness and to continue to improve my physical capabilities. I want to be able to participate in sports and training for as long as I possibly can.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
My biggest goal outside of the gym is to further my education by obtaining my master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science, as well as completing my Strength and Conditioning Coach Certification so I can train sport teams!
What do you do on your rest days?
On my rest days I love to go out to the movies (especially horror movies)! I also love riding my bike around the city and playing any pickup game with friends!
