What is your favorite workout and why?

I love any workout involving a barbell and/or swimming.

What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?

Getting involved in fitness and exercise in general after a long sedentary period in my life. And most recently completing the Superior Man Triathlon in Duluth, MN.

What is your biggest athletic goal?

I would like to be able to ‘clean and jerk’ my body weight someday.

What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?

Do something every day that helps empower and uplift others.

What do you do on your rest days?

Spend as much time as possible outside, be it swimming, walking or hanging out with my dog. And watching Netflix while doing laundry, if I’m honest.
