What is your favorite workout and why?
My favorite workout is any endurance sport or class surrounded by friends. Working out with friends makes me push myself harder and farther than in any workout, yet makes it easier and more fun than doing it on my own!
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
The marathon of pregnancy. Twice! Besides that, training for Olympic distance triathlon while raising children and being a full partner to my spouse.
What is your biggest athletic goal?
An endurance race that not only increases my abilities but challenges me in a way I haven’t been challenged before.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
To be a productive and engaged participant in my family and community.
What do you do on your rest days?
Catch up on reading, meal planning, correspondence, laundry; the time is quickly filled up!
