What is your favorite workout?
Either heavy deadlifts or intense heavy bag training. Anything that requires me to really dig deep to get through it. I find those are the workouts that leave me feeling most accomplished afterward.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
Going from doing 15 minutes of cardio when I was out of shape in the beginning of the pandemic to two hours of cardio in the summer heat two months later.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
Write a book.
What do you do on your rest days?
Play video games, watch anime, stretch and cook.
