Strength, I like to see others’ body changes.

Working with the seniors, seeing smiles on their faces and changes in them.

What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
Resting and with grandkids playing basketball at their gym.
What do you do on your rest days?
Spending time with family and friends and doing fun things outside especially in the summer time.
