Small Group Training

Get the most out of your time in our state-of-the-art facilities with one of our Small Group Training classes. Led by certified personal trainers and specialty instructors, these sessions allow you to reach your fitness goals in a fun, effective and affordable way. Want to try out a few different classes in order to find your favorite? Get a program pass and drop in — none of our Small Group Training classes require prior registration!

Massage can be a powerful tool to help you take charge of your health and well-being, and is beneficial for relaxation and stress relief.
