Small Group Training

Classes are led by certified personal trainers or yoga instructors who individually guide you to get the most out of your workout!

  • Prime Time classes are ideal for ages 55+. These classes incorporate low-impact moves, easy-to-follow pacing and modifications to create an invigorating total body workout for active older adults.

Note: When purchasing a program pass, the page defaults to “Scheduler” in the dropdown menu. Please select Group Exercise from the drop-down menu to purchase a program pass.

What’s New?

  • All small group training classes are FREE to attend during the first week of the quarter! During this week, you do not need a program pass to attend classes. Simply show up, check in with the trainer and sign an attendance roster.
  • We are combining our Prime Time programming with our Small Group Training classes and selling one package to access them all.
  • If you have any remaining Prime Time, HIIT or Hot Yoga/Body Flow passes on your account, you can redeem them for any class on the Small Group Training schedule.
  • If you have any Small Group Training, Prime Time, HIIT or Hot Yoga/Body Flow passes on your account that expired during the pandemic, we will reactivate those for you to use to attend classes.

Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any class of your choice and expire 90 days from date of purchase. All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is the original high-intensity workout, a mix of running and weights. This class: Burns massive calories, tones muscle, maximizes fat loss and increases your metabolism so you actually burn calories even after class is over.

Move from station to station in a challenging total-body workout. This class combines cardiovascular training for heart health and stamina with strength and balance training to keep your bones and muscles strong. It moves at a slower pace while maintaining intensity and includes simple, easy and fun transitions. Prime Time classes are ideal for ages 55+.
