Small Group Training

Workout with a personal trainer for a fraction of the cost.

Classes are led by certified personal trainers or yoga instructors who individually guide you to get the most out of your workout!

BODYFLOW™

BODYFLOW is a holistic workout which combines Yoga with Tai Chi and Pilates to: Improve flexibility, increase core strength and reduce stress.

Boot Camp is the original high-intensity work out, a mix of running and weights. This class: Burns massive calories, tones muscle, maximizes fat loss and increases your metabolism so you actually burn calories even after class is over.

Functional Fitness

Condition your body for daily movement and improve your range of motion by getting into the practice of exercise. These classes are designed to help you navigate everyday activities such as bending over or lifting heavy bags.

Even while working arms or legs, your core is constantly engaged using the TRX suspension training system. This is the ultimate total-body workout: challenge strength and stability, build muscle, improve coordination and increase cardiovascular endurance.

Small Group Training program passes allow you to attend any Small Group Training, HIIT, Hot Yoga or BODYFLOW class of your choice and expire 90-days from date of purchase.
