What is your favorite workout and why?
Swimming is my favorite because the water is therapeutic. A close second is weight lifting.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
Setting swim records as an adult and making friends while accomplishing it.
What is your biggest athletic goal?
To keep competing and making friends for life.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
To make meaningful connections with others, locally and across the globe.
What do you do on your rest days?
Eat pizza. I love pizza.
