What is your favorite workout and why?
I absolutely love circuit-based workouts that incorporate cardio and resistance training. I love the challenge and intensity of this style of workout.
What do you consider your greatest fitness accomplishment?
I have a few. I completed the Take the Hill triathlon in college and ran the Minnesota Ragnar Relay in graduate
school. Another has been mastering my nutrition to help maximize my improvement in the gym and with my physique. The nutrition piece is always the hardest part, in my opinion.
What is your biggest goal outside of the gym?
I’m a big believer in personal development, so I enjoy listening to podcasts and reading books to help me grow into the best version of myself.
What do you do on your rest days?
I take active rest days and always make sure to go for a walk and stretch.
